Hello, and welcome to The Fundamentals of Self-Care Thinkbook!

In this Thinkbook you’ll learn about:

  • Why self-care is the most important thing you can do for yourself and others

  • The three pillars of self-care: body, mind, and soul

  • How to create your very own self-care plan

  • And what to do when life gets in the way

This Thinkbook will take approximately 3 hours to complete. You can move through it at your own pace- binging it all on a weekend, or taking it a little at a time, over the course of a few weeks. You choose your own adventure!

Throughout this course you’ll find many opportunities for self-reflection, and we’ve provided easy-to-use, fillable PDFs throughout the lessons for this reason. If at any point while you’re working through this course you have a question you’d like answered, please write it down and save it for our next bimonthly members-only Q+A session!
