Mid-week Motivation

Join us for a 20-minute morning motivation session every Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. MDT. The first and third Wednesday of the month, we’ll share information and inspiration so that we can all create the results we want and the second half is sharing progress and supporting accountability. We'll work on our goals and intentions, our mindset, motivation, self-talk, allowing and so much more. On alternate weeks we’ll send out a meditation or an energy routine or brief nuggets of information to keep you on track that you can do on your own schedule.
