Mid-week Motivation Series

Join us for a 15-minute morning motivation session every Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. MDT where we'll work on our mindset, motivation, self-talk, intentions, a meditation and much more. Each week will be centered around a different topic but you can consider this a quick little check-in where you can learn and apply something to elevate your day and your week.

For the last Mid-Week Motivation of every month, our energy medicine practitioner Madison will be leading us through a quick 15-minute energy routine to start the day off with a strong energetic core and a high vibe!
