WBT… About five high-vibe ways to soothe your soul.

Did you know that when you focus on soul-care, everything else tends to fall into place?

Soul-care means focusing on your consciousness, your essence, your highest self and your true being. When you’re attuned to that, you’re naturally more attuned to your physical body and your mind and you become more aware of your ego and all the things that may be holding you back. 

Often, when you’re feeling uninspired, unsettled, a little lost and tired, it’s because your soul is crying out for attention. It’s sending you a message that it’s time to focus on you. And if you want to change how you feel, you need to heed the call. 

So what are some of the things that are sure to soothe your soul?

  1. Learn to just be. Harder than it sounds, this means not scheduling yourself nearly every waking second and/or not distracting yourself with unhealthy and self-sabotaging pursuits. It means spending quality, embodied time with yourself. Time in nature, time with your art, time meditating, journaling, doing yoga or simply sitting and staring off into space thinking your thoughts and feeling your feels.

  2. Connect deeply with your consciousness. Who are you? What matters to you? How are you, really? How connected are you to others? How connected are you to a higher power? What does love mean to you and how can you live a life full of it? These are all great prompts to help uncover your deeper layers.

  3. Create a haven for yourself. Choose a room or a corner that you can make your own. This is your spot for being and connecting and growing love. Decorate it so you love to be there. Candles, crystals, art, silks, and plants are a good start. When you do this and spend time there you’re telling your body, mind, and soul that it’s time to settle and connect to your inner world.

  4. Pamper yourself. Look after your body, mind, and soul with things you adore. Your favourite music, ritual baths, healing herbal teas, aromatherapy, rejuvenating body treatments… you’re getting the idea right?

Get out and connect with like-minded people. Even spending a couple hours away from the everyday where you can focus on you and connecting to people like you is priceless. Our monthly full moon parties are our favourite way to do that. Check them out here!
