WBT… About how to access your power to change your energy (and your life!)

Did you know that your body is constantly giving off an electromagnetic signal, like a radio channel, and this is detectable 8 to 10 feet outside your body?! 

That makes you a transmitter. But you’re a receptor, feeling (whether you realize it or not) the energy of others and of spaces and places. And you can transmute energy, that is change or dissolve it, with intention.

You can learn to balance your energy, dissolve negative vibes, and create the energetic frequency that you want to put out there. Maybe this sounds like a bit much to you right now. Like, how does one even get started learning how to do this? I get it. But the truth is that it's actually not complicated and we can show you how!

Your natural state is meant to be love, joy, abundance, peace, and freedom. In this state, life is happening for you, not to you. When you learn to influence your energy, you can spend so much more time in your natural state.

As you read this, you might be thinking “well what about the sh*t in my life, you can’t tell me that’s not happening to me”. And you’re right, I can’t tell you that it’s not happening to you. It is. But it’s also happening for you because it’s sending you a message. If there’s sh*t in your life, the message is that something needs to change. It’s your job to get curious about what that thing might be.

When we believe that life only happens to us, it can cause us to live in a state of fear. Fear is low-vibe energy but it can be transmuted. When we start practicing this, we can see the huge difference it makes in our lives.

So how can you change your energy and change your life? There are so many ways but here are three to start with:

  1. Meditate daily - this connects you to your inner world and makes you more aware of your energetic state.

  2. Do an energy balancing routine daily - this connects you to and balances and protects your energies.

  3. Connect to a high-vibe tribe - this raises your energetic frequency and helps you tap into the collective consciousness and impact your world.
