Heart’s Thank You Guided Meditation

Gratitude might just be one of the secrets to a good life. In this 15-minute guided gratitude meditation, we practice expressing gratitude to ourselves, our bodies, our friends and family, the natural world around us, and even all the people who we don’t know who make our lives better in some way (thank you, garbage truck driver!)
If you don’t already have your own gratitude practice, I recommend listening to this every day for seven days. To take this further, check-in with yourself and your life on day one and again on day seven. What’s changed? Again, gratitude is kind of like magic.
