Here’s what’s coming up in January:
The Reset
Feeling a little out of sorts? Like maybe it’s time to reflect, regroup and reset? We do! And so we’re going to do a little reset for body, mind and soul and we’d love you to join us too!
What: A two-week program beginning January 2 that will help you start the new year with intention and momentum. Together, we can start to put 2020 behind us and make 2021 the year you want it to be.
This series includes:
- A holistic nutrition detox protocol
- A 6-part workout series with certified instructors
- A 7-day meal plan
- A live Zoom workshop where we make healthy meal-planning stupid-simple
- A how-to video on detoxing your makeup
- A how-to video on detoxing your energy and raising your vibe
- New pals to do it all with
- Replays of anything you miss

Soulaia Soulciables
Are you missing people, connection and fun? We know times are tough, especially socially speaking, and throughout December we held weekly virtual socials to put a little light and a few laughs in all our lives. It’s January as you’ve probably noticed, and we’re thinking that we still need a little light and laughter in our lives. That’s a forever thing, right? So Soulaia Soulciables are back.
What: A fun hour of hanging out, playing games, laughing and connecting with the tribe. Games like Scattergories, Psych, list a few others….. No talent or skills required, just come as you are.
When: Every second Tuesday starting January 5th. So for January that’s Jan 5 and Jan 19.
Where: Where else? Zoom
Cost: Free for you and for any pals you’d like to invite.

Heal Your Mind Series
We know that good nutrition is great for our bodies. But did you know that good nutrition is great for your mind and soul too? Emily, our certified holistic nutritionist, has created a series designed to be our nutritional foundation. It’s the “start here” of shaking up your life, in a good way.
What: In this series, which runs every other week from January 12 to February 23, we’ll discuss a holistic approach to mental health and neuro-regeneration through food, lifestyle habits, and supplements.
Session 1: Heal Your Mind Self-Assessment and the 5 Holistic Nutrition Essentials of Mental Health
Session 2: The Stress-Hormones-Mental Health Connection
Session 3: Build a Better Brain with Holistic Nutrition

Midweek Motivation
Do you know how to change your life? Or even just your mindset, your self-talk, your happiness or your well-being? Are you actually sick and tired of feeling like you want things to be different but you don’t know where to start? Well, this is where you start.
What: Our Midweek Motivation series is 15 minutes and just one-topic per session. We share ideas, tips and inspiration. You do some private reflection. And it’s all designed to help you create an intentional life. One week at a time.
When: Every Wednesday morning at 8:30 MT for just 15 minutes.
Where: Where else? Zoom.
Cost: FFFRRREEEEEEEE! Zero dollars. Just 15 minutes of your time. And the same for any pals you’d like to bring along.
